From an identifier to a public footprint.
Not every case begins with a photograph. A fraud report carries a phone number; a marketplace listing carries a seller's email; a threat arrives from an address nobody recognizes. Live Intelligence takes that identifier and checks it against supported online services when the search is submitted, so the answer reflects what is publicly visible now rather than what a database recorded months ago.
What comes back depends on the source and on how public the account is. Some services return only an account signal. Others return a username, a profile image, a public review, or a link to a profile. Raven groups the results into sources, images, and places, and keeps the platform and date attached to each one so an analyst can tell a review written last month from a photograph uploaded years ago.
Two things it does not do: it does not log into anyone's account, and it does not reach private messages or restricted posts. The lookup form names the integration that supplies the account checks, and an optional setting searches further sources when they are available.

The recorded demonstration starts with a single email address. The results panel reports twenty-eight sources, six public reviews, and four images. The reviews are mapped where they were written about, from a café in Antibes to a watch boutique in Miami, each with its platform and date.
Among the images is a photograph posted to a Trello account: a man standing in a city street with his arms outstretched, buildings and a tram line behind him. The operator sends it into Find Region, which returns candidates around Milan, then refines with Find Street and opens the street-level candidates in split view beside the original.
The whole sequence stays inside one platform: which accounts are associated with the identifier, what public material is available, and where a scene in that material may have been photographed. The candidate is left Unreviewed in the recording; confirming it is the investigator's call. Four findings that are not the same thing.
A registration signal, a public profile, a review, and a photograph are different kinds of evidence, and Live Intelligence keeps them apart so the analyst can weigh each on its own terms.
- Account association: the identifier appears linked to an account on that service. It is not verified identity or ownership.
- Review location: the place being reviewed, on the date shown. It is not where the author is now.
- Image location: where Find Region or Find Street estimates a scene was captured. Who was there, and when, takes further work.
- Retrieval time: when the check ran. The underlying activity may be old; each result shows its own date.
A missing result does not prove an account does not exist, and reassigned phone numbers, shared accounts, and old images all affect interpretation. Corroborate a lead from Live Intelligence the way you would any other before acting on it.
Better questions for the request you write next.
Knowing that an identifier is associated with a particular service can tell an investigator which provider may hold relevant records, which account to name, and whether preservation is worth requesting. Live Intelligence does not obtain nonpublic records on anyone's behalf, and an account match alone does not establish probable cause. It gives the investigator and prosecutor better information for deciding what to pursue, preserve, and request under the process that applies in their jurisdiction.

What is Live Intelligence?
Live Intelligence is Raven's account lookup. It checks an email address or phone number against supported online services at the time of the search and returns publicly available results: associated accounts, usernames, reviews, and images, each with its source and date.
Which identifiers can I look up?
An email address or a phone number. A place lookup is also available from the same form. Coverage depends on which services support each identifier type.
Does a result mean the person owns the account?
No. A result means the identifier appears associated with an account on that service. Verifying who controls the account, and whether it is relevant to the case, is investigative work that the result informs but does not replace.
Does "live" mean it shows where someone is right now?
No. "Live" means the check runs when you submit the search. Reviews and photographs may be months or years old, and a mapped review marks the place that was reviewed, not the author's location. Each result shows its own date.
Does Raven access private accounts or messages?
No. Live Intelligence retrieves publicly accessible information only. It does not log into accounts and does not return private messages or restricted posts.
What can I do with the results?
Mapped places can be examined alongside the rest of the case, and any returned image can be sent into Find Region and Find Street to estimate where the scene was photographed, all without leaving Raven.
