Raven for law enforcement

Turn images, phone numbers, and email addresses into investigative leads.

Raven Find Street split view: the source photograph of a brick terrace seen through a window beside street-level imagery of 22 Sussex Way, London
Find StreetOne photograph taken through a window, placed beside street-level reference imagery of the candidate address for the investigator to confirm.
Workflows

Three ways a case starts.

Detectives, analysts and task-force investigators rarely start with a clean lead. They start with a photograph that has no metadata, a car with no visible plate, or an identifier and nothing else. Raven turns each of those into ranked candidates for a person to verify.

Locate imagery tied to an investigation.

Use image geolocation to surface candidate locations for investigators to review.

Input
A photograph or video frame. No GPS or EXIF metadata required.
Result
Ranked candidate regions, then street-level candidates shown beside reference imagery.
Raven Find Region result: a dark map of the Austin, Texas area with four numbered candidate areas, and a results panel showing the submitted photograph of a coffee cup on a balcony with five ranked candidates, the top result Austin at 90 percent similarity
Find RegionA low-context phone photograph returns five ranked candidates within a 15-mile radius. Each stays Unreviewed until an investigator confirms it.

Identify vehicles from limited imagery.

Review candidate makes, models, and model years from partial or obstructed views.

Input
A partial, obstructed or interior view of a vehicle.
Result
Ranked make, model and model-year candidates, each with a similarity score and reference imagery.
Raven Identify Car workspace: a blurred partial photograph of a white pickup truck beside ten ranked candidates with reference images, the top match a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 at 80 percent similarity
Identify CarA blurred partial frame returns ten ranked candidates. The top match reads Chevrolet Silverado 1500, 2022, at 80 percent similarity.

Develop leads from a phone number or email.

Discover associated public account information and examine relevant public imagery.

Input
An email address or phone number.
Result
Public accounts, reviews and images associated with the identifier, checked when the search is submitted.
Live IntelligenceSources answer one by one as the lookup runs. Each result keeps its platform and date attached; the associations are leads to verify, not conclusions.

How Raven works

  • Leads, not verdicts.

Every result is a ranked candidate with a score. Confirming it is the investigator’s call.

  • No metadata required.

Geolocation and vehicle identification work from the visual content of the image alone. EXIF and GPS are not needed.

  • One case, one map.

Regions, streets, vehicles, authenticity checks and account lookups land in the same case, on the same map.
